The core function of this role is to manage and optimize marketing campaigns, ensure their smooth operation, and effectively address client concerns. This role operates within the healthcare industry and requires a technical skill set.
Responsibilities
• Manage the technical aspects of client marketing campaigns, including troubleshooting issues such as misdiagnosed bots
• Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of campaigns, making necessary adjustments to optimize performance
• Prepare and present reports on campaign performance to clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize Content Management System (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage and update client information
• Develop and implement content strategies to enhance brand awareness
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud in the development and implementation of marketing strategies
• Leverage Facebook Insights and other social media platforms to optimize campaign performance
• Plan, develop, and manage advertising campaigns to reach target audiences
• Write and manage blog content aligned with the company's content strategy.• Proficiency in utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud for marketing content creation
• Strong skills in utilizing Content Management System (CMS) for website content management
• Demonstrated experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for managing customer interactions
• Ability to create engaging editorial content for various platforms
• Familiarity with Facebook Insights for tracking user interaction on Facebook
• Proven experience in creating effective advertisements for various media platforms
• Strong blogging skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative blog posts
• Demonstrated ability to increase brand awareness through various marketing strategies
• Experience in campaign planning, including setting objectives, determining strategies, and coordinating the execution of campaigns
• Proven ability to develop and implement a content strategy for various platforms.
