About This Role: As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be pivotal in executing the marketing functions of our thriving practice. You will deliver comprehensive solutions in creation, composition, content, editing, and engagement for both external and internal communications.
Position Description and Responsibilities:
- Execute Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build, deploy, and prepare reports for digital marketing campaigns, including email, organic and paid social media, ads, and webinars.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging, customer-centric content and collateral in collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Event Management: Organize and manage client and recruiting events, ensuring seamless support for internal teams before and after the event and an exceptional experience for participants that aligns with our brand messaging.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed on market trends, competition, and personal development, always seeking ways to improve and innovate.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform related tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the marketing function.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels and in all departments. Team-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple concurrent projects.

- High level of attention to detail, including legal and regulatory requirements as well as professional ethics.

Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Communication, Marketing, or Journalism backgrounds are great.
- 3+ years of experience in Professional Services field(s) a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year. Actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
