Contract to hire Position - Converting salary range of 110-120K 2 Days a week onsite in Westminster, Colorado Salesforce & HubSpot Marketing Technologist We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Technologist with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and HubSpot, along with a deep understanding of marketing technology and automation. This position plays a pivotal role in enhancing marketing operations, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring seamless integration across tools. Mission The primary focus is to grow brand engagement and value within the US market while improving the efficiency of marketing campaigns through technology. This role will collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure optimal use of marketing tools and strategies. Responsibilities Marketing Automation : Design, build, and refine automated workflows, campaigns, and lead-nurturing sequences using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Ensure smooth integration between CRM and marketing automation tools. Campaign Management : Execute automated email, SMS, and digital ad campaigns to deliver personalized experiences. Monitor KPIs such as open rates, conversion rates, lead scoring, and funnel progression to optimize performance. MarTech Stack Oversight : Manage marketing technologies to align with business goals. Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation technologies. Data Analytics : Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI) to extract actionable insights and present detailed campaign performance reports to stakeholders. Compliance & Governance : Ensure all marketing practices comply with regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy laws. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. 5 years of experience with marketing automation and MarTech platforms, including hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and HubSpot. Proven experience in CRM integration and managing data flows between marketing and sales tools. Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and Power BI. Technical skills in HTML/CSS for email template customization. Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and chatbots for enhanced automation is preferred.
