This role is within the marketing industry where you'll use your skills to analyze competitor behavior, generate insights from social media platforms, and create comprehensive dashboards for strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze marketing data to identify trends and insights that will guide campaign planning and execution
• Utilize Google Analytics and Google AdWords to monitor and evaluate search performance and customer engagement
• Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key performance indicators and provide actionable insights
• Leverage CRM tools to manage customer interactions and data, ensuring a high level of customer service
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns based on analytical findings
• Conduct competitor analysis to understand market trends and inform marketing strategies
• Use Facebook Insights to understand social media performance and guide social media strategy
• Provide reports on key metrics to assist in the evaluation of marketing effectiveness
• Participate in customer service activities, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate customer records
• Employ various analytics tools to measure and report on marketing performance.• Possession of a Bachelors / Honours Degree in a relevant field
• Proficiency in Analytics
• Experience in Campaign Planning
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Ability to Create Dashboards
• Familiarity with Google AdWords
• Expertise in Google Analytics
• Experience in KPI Reporting
• Proficiency in Competitor Analysis
