We are a Series A funded company with strong financial discipline and a robust client pipeline. Given the traction we are gaining in the marketplace, we are seeking to expand our team to position RxLightning as a leading platform to improve access and affordability of Specialty MedicationsWHAT YOULL DO:We are looking for a Marketing Manager that will take our brand to the next level we want a visionary leader who will drive our brand forward, grow with us, integrate into our team and enjoy the journey, steering the ship confidently and successfully. In this position, wed look to you to:Manage RxLightnings B2B marketing strategy to Providers, Pharma, and Specialty Pharmacies to position RxLightning as an industry leader and expert, generate demand, influence adoption of our platform, upsell expanded product offerings, and drove effective communications internally and externally.Plan and execute multi-channel growth marketing campaigns via email, social media, webinars, thought leadership, sponsorships, referral marketing, and more. Support commercial needs as necessary via RFP responses, content creation, messaging/scripting, and lead management.Create compelling content that drives brand awareness, generates leads, and supports commercial opportunities through the pipeline.Develop an annual calendar for conferences and events that drives commercial conversations and revenue.Use data to define customer personas, develop messaging, and create go-to-market strategies.Drive digital presence and awareness via social media, website content, SEO/search results, and advertising.Draft and launch press releases and various other media campaigns, some of which will be collaborative with external partners.Ensure we are ahead of the market. Regularly reviewing the market, trends, competitor activity and positioning to keep and grow our position as a category leader and innovator.Measure effectiveness of marketing activity. Establish, communicate, and monitor KPIs. Review metrics with the internal team, Board and agency team, communicating a clear progression from where we were, where we are, and where we will be.WHAT YOU NEED:5+ years of diverse marketing experience in a healthcare environment, including understanding of various industry players including pharmacy, pharma, payer, provider and health systems.Experience in a fast-growing organization; start-up and/or agency experience a plus.A proven track record of success in achieving results, building relationships, customer focus, and utilizing market resources in new product launch or early-stage marketing growth environments.A creative, no-limits approach an out-of-the-box do-er with solid strategic and creative vision.Experience leading and executing fully integrated marketing strategies to increase brand reach, user acquisition, engagement and retention.Ability to understand and focus on both the big picture and the details.Ability to use data and metrics to develop business cases and define success.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and presentation skills that get people excited!A positive attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done in a fast-paced environmentShared vision to transform the specialty prescription enrollment process so that it's never a barrier to life-altering therapies.THE DETAILS:Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:This is a full-time position.
