Position Overview:
This position provides involves collaborating with team members and assisting in administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient departmental operations.
Essential Job Functions
Required Knowledge, Skills & Ability
•Excellent verbal and written communication.
•Prior customer service experience, preferred but not required
•Strong organizational skills.
•Data entry and working knowledge of computer functionality.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office.
•Proficient in proprietary software (within first 90 days).
•Bilingual preferred but not required

Position Overview:

Essential Job Functions
- Management of outgoing mail and packages to agencies, marketing reps and special events
- Performs day to day functions within Marketing assisting the team with daily work flow items
- Maintains inventory of Marketing and office supplies
- Special projects as needed for VP/Director of Marketing
- Utilization of Microsoft Office to produce documents as directed
- Adhere to policies and procedures of employee handbook.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance
