LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a VP of Marketing for our client in Oklahoma City, OK. This full-time direct hire position is fully on-site.

The VP of Marketing will manage a team of marketing professionals, assist with revenue growth initiatives, oversee social media marketing, and optimize lead pull-through.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and support team of marketing professionals

· Optimize lead pull-through

· Manage lead delivery engine

· Assist with acquisition and revenue growth initiatives

· Oversee social media marketing channels

· Keep up to date with technology and social media trends

Qualifications:

· 10+ years of marketing experience

· At least 3 years of proven leadership experience

· Excellent analytical skills

· Proficiency in martech and analytics tools

· Strong Excel skills

· Exceptional communication skills

· Search Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization, and A/B testing experience
