Associated Marketing Campaign Manager Location: Hybrid position in South Florida/Boca Raton area Compensation: Salary plus bonus (Exempt) Position Summary: The Associated Marketing Campaign Manager will lead, manage, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in digital marketing, exceptional attention to detail, and strong analytical skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in campaign management across channels like Google/Bing Paid Search, Facebook, YouTube, and Display, with a focus on data-driven decision-making to meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy and Execution Develop, execute, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across paid search, social media, display, and video channels. Collaborate on campaign strategy to ensure alignment with overall brand goals and customer journey stages. Monitor campaign performance, adapting tactics in real time to meet or exceed KPIs. Data Analysis and Reporting Analyze high-level data to identify trends and provide actionable insights and recommendations for business growth. Develop consistent, repeatable reporting formats and use data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau) to present campaign performance to stakeholders. Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize engagement and ROI, drawing on insights to enhance future campaigns. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Segmentation Design and manage ABM-focused campaigns targeting key customer segments, leveraging persona insights for tailored messaging. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine customer segmentation and create personalized campaign experiences. Project Management and Coordination Maintain organized workflows and timelines, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously to meet deadlines and budget requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors and agencies, nurturing relationships to ensure alignment and maximize performance. Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to support campaign execution and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Content and Creative Development Support Contribute to messaging strategy, ensuring content aligns with campaign objectives, audience personas, and brand standards. Work with creative teams to develop assets that resonate with target audiences, from social media graphics to video content. Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and compliance standards. Compliance and Privacy Adherence Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant privacy laws to ensure compliance across digital marketing efforts. Understand platform-specific advertising guidelines to ensure campaigns comply with policies and avoid penalties. Qualifications Experience and Skills Digital Marketing Expertise : Minimum of 3 years of experience managing digital campaigns, including Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, YouTube, and Display networks. Analytical Skills : Strong ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations; intermediate knowledge of Power BI, Excel, and experience with A/B testing and performance analysis. CRM Experience : Prior use of Salesforce, Marketo, or similar CRM platforms for campaign tracking and lead management. Project Management : Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Vendor/Agency Management : Demonstrated experience building productive relationships with external agencies and vendors. Preferred Skills Technical Aptitude : Knowledge of SQL basics or advanced Excel functions for custom reporting is a plus. Content Development : Ability to refine and support messaging for campaigns across digital channels. Privacy Knowledge : Familiarity with marketing compliance standards such as GDPR and CCPA.
