We are a direct marketing and customer acquisition company committed to delivering exceptional products/services to our clients potential customers. We are currently hiring a full time Marketing Assistant to join our growing team and assist with our expansion efforts in the Southern California area. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and fostering positive customer relationships. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with the sales team to execute marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with our clients potential customers 
  • Gather customer feedback and insights, sharing relevant information with the marketing and product development teams.
  • Continuously learn about marketing trends, competitive landscape, and product enhancements to remain knowledgeable and effective in marketing discussions.
  • Participate in lead generation, and customer outreach activities to gain practical sales and marketing experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
  • Comfortable using a computer or iPad
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment 
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or marketing is a plus
