Marketing Manager

This is What You’ll Do:
  • Responsible for the strategic management and execution of marketing operations, process, and technology to drive efficiency and improve effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee and manage marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Implement systems that streamline workflows, manage data and support marketing efforts with measurable results.
  • Manage the selection and seamless integration of marketing technology platforms (e.g. CRM, analytics platforms, automation tools) and other business systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment and effective execution of campaigns.
  • Manage the process for creating, testing, and launching marketing campaign coordination across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee timelines, deliverables, and ensure campaigns are executed on schedule.
  • Execute marketing strategies by developing marketing briefs and coordinating campaigns/programs across marketing centers of excellence partners and key internal/external business partners.
  • Develop and maintain a system for tracking campaign performance and making data-driven adjustments.
  • Establish, monitor, report on, and maintain a clean and accurate marketing database.
  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver regular reports on key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Identify and implement best practices for marketing operations, including workflows, documentation, and communication.
  • Continuously improve marketing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support to the marketing team on new processes and tools.
  • Support financial reporting and analysis to assist with decision-making.
  • Ensure that all marketing activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reviews.

This is What It Takes:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Strong background in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of all marketing deliverables.
  • Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
