Paid Media Manager
This is What You’ll Do:- Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies that align with overall marketing objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic display networks.
- Manage Agency of Record and collaborate on the execution of all paid media.
- Allocate and manage paid media budgets, ensuring effective spend across channels to maximize performance and ROI.
- Utilize audience targeting strategies, including demographic, behavioral, and lookalike audiences, to optimize ad performance.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad copy, visuals and landing pages. Conduct ongoing A/B testing to improve performance and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to improve performance, lower acquisition costs, and increase ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders, such as marketing communications, customer experience, and business optimization to align marketing efforts and paid marketing objectives.
- Manage and mentor digital marketing team.
- Keep up with industry trends, best practices, and changes in paid media, including AI capabilities, platforms to ensure strategies remain cutting-edge and effective.
This is What It Takes:
- Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or another quantitative discipline.
- Minimum five (5) years experience in a digital marketing role with at least one (1) year in managerial role.
- Certification in Google Ads. Facebook Blueprint certification or certifications in other relevant platforms is preferred.
- Experience with programmatic advertising and display networks. Expert knowledge and experience working with Google Ads and Bing Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of SEO and how it integrates with paid media strategies.
- Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications in digital advertising.
- Proven track record of driving growth through data-driven marketing strategies, managing and optimizing campaigns, and scaling digital businesses.
- Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make data-backed recommendations.
- Previous work experience demonstrating advanced knowledge of marketing concepts and best practices.
- Requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, leadership, customer service focus, initiative, and ability to perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to respond to problems creatively.
- Basic organization, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including training, presentation, and negotiating skills.
- Familiarity with DOMO, PowerBI or other analytics platforms.
- Experience in B2C environments, with a deep understanding of customer journeys and conversion funnels.
- Proficiency with Smartsheet, Airtable, Asana, or other project management tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
