What You'll Be Doing: As a General Marketing Associate, you’ll use your ability to create a WOW factor—both digitally and physically—to support the execution of marketing plans. You’ll work alongside a dynamic team to execute marketing initiatives, customer engagement strategies, and second-touch efforts. This role will leverage the people skills you’ve honed in the hospitality industry, while giving you the opportunity to learn and grow in the marketing world.
· "Who Am I" Leader: Interview new employees to understand who they are, and prepare business card templates and welcome materials.
· Marketing Drive Management: Keep our marketing hub organized and up-to-date, ensuring our assets are always ready for use.
· Customer Visits: Prepare swag, set up the digital welcome sign, and participate in tours for visiting customers.
· Peer-versary Events: Plan and celebrate customer anniversaries.
· Direct Mail Marketing: Manage direct mail campaigns, including letters, postcards, and other physical marketing.
· Swag Management: Organize vendor quotes, order promotional materials, and prepare welcome kits.
· Internal Communications: Write engaging content for internal platforms like our Facebook group and monthly newsletters.
· Marketing Liaison: Act as the point of contact for external marketing agencies and vendors.
· Convention Planning Team: Assist in organizing events and tradeshows, including advertising, trade logistics, vendor management, and promotional materials.
· Event Inventory: Track and manage event materials (ordering, production, delivery). Work with vendors to produce needed marketing materials.

Requirements:What makes you a great fit:
· A background in hospitality where customer service and creating memorable experiences were key parts of your role.Proven success in a fast-paced environment, working both individually and as a team member
· A desire to transition into a new career where you can apply your relationship-building skills in a marketing context.
