Senior Marketing Manager Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in upscale restaurants or boutique hotels
• Strong knowledge of digital content creation for social media platforms (reels, videos, etc.)
• Experience in community outreach and building relationships with local groups and residences
• Implement the marketing plan as directed by senior leadership, ensuring daily execution
• Maintain effective communication internally and externally
• Capture and produce engaging content during events and live social media posts
• Track marketing performance and make adjustments based on data analysis
• Collaborate with sales and management teams to ensure a unified marketing approach
• Manage influencer and media visits, ensuring smooth and organized processes
• Research trends in food marketing and bring fresh ideas to enhance the brand's visibility
