Key responsibilities include:
Responsible for providing support to the Marketing Director and working closely with the CEO, Management Team, and HR to create, maintain, and develop awareness of Sentinel Federal Credit Union.
Position maintains high visibility and a positive image in the field of membership with current and prospective members.
Assist in the organization and facilitation of various events and meetings both internally and within the community.
Ensure marketing promotions, business development activities, and sponsorships are administered effectively.
Assist in updating intranet (SharePoint), website, digital signs, mobile and online banking.
Develop and schedule content for social media platforms, ensuring posts align with the brand voice and marketing strategy.
Assist in creating and analyzing email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact.
Assist in ordering marketing supplies, business cards and branded items.
Assist in preparing for staff meetings, the annual meeting, and community events.
Research market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.

Position Details:
Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Classification: Full-Time Benefited
Starting Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.50/hour DOE
Expected Start Date: Immediate Hire
Number of Available Positions: One
Location: 4011 Triple Crown Drive
Requirements/Preferences:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
A minimum of 18 years of age required.
Valid driver’s license required.
At least one year of experience in a marketing or communications role, with demonstrable achievements in campaign support or execution. Basic understanding of graphic design principles or experience with Adobe Creative Cloud/Canva.
Experience coordinating events or campaigns is a strong plus.
Associates or higher college degree preferred.
Combination of acceptable experience and education required.
