As a Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Drive the firm’s brand strategy by developing and deploying strategic marketing and communications plans to fulfill the goals of the firm, each office, and business line.
  • Work in cross-functional teams to fulfill marketing plans within budget, deadlines, and brand standards.
  • Measure and report the results of each tactic executed and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee and set department goals; determine workflow and timelines to ensure the timely and accurate completion of all projects.
  • Coordinate with department and firm leaders to determine content needs and select and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Oversee and create digital, video, and print content.
  • Complete and review advertising and promotional activity contracts to reserve advertising space and understand and act on the responsibilities of an advertiser/promoter.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans around company events, including identify target audiences, create promotional campaigns, manage budgets, select venues, coordinate with vendors, and analyze post-event data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage and update webpages and blog posts using CMS.
  • Manage external web master page to make significant updates as needed and provide support to employee users.
  • Review social media content on each platform including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google to engage followers and provide training to employee users.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies, create engaging job postings and marketing materials to attract top talent, and utilize various channels, including social media, to promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Drive the firm’s brand strategy, including potentially redefining and reimagining current brand strategy.
  • Develop and send news releases to media outlets serving as Firm Liaison to media inquiry.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or public relations preferred
  • 7 - 8 years of progressive marketing experience
  • 3 years of leadership and management experience
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office (Word and PowerPoint), Constant Contact, and Wordpress
