Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Sandy, Utah (Hybrid, in office at least three days per week)

401GO is a financial technology company making it easy for people to save for retirement. We are in a rapid growth phase and need marketing support in order to maintain our current trajectory.

We are seeking a creative and motivated marketing manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in social media marketing, content creation, and PR who is ready to contribute to impactful marketing campaigns in a dynamic industry. The marketing manager will play a key role in building our brand’s presence and driving engagement across digital channels.

Graphic Design: Design visually appealing and professional graphics for social media, sales materials and other digital assets that align with brand standards.

Social Media Monitoring: Track and analyze social media activity and trends to ensure the 401GO brand is relevant and responsive.

Social Content Creation: Develop and design engaging content especially, graphics and video, for our social media platforms.

Social Engagement: Drive engagement by actively interacting with followers, responding to comments, and implementing strategies to grow our online community.

Video Editing: Create compelling short form video content for social channels.

Public Relations: Support PR efforts by helping to develop and pitch story ideas to relevant media outlets, while building relationships with journalists and industry influencers.

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, either done or in progress.

Experience: 1-3 years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment.

Proficiency in graphic design.

Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok) and best practices for driving engagement in each.

Video editing skills.

Very strong writing ability.

Personal Qualities: Creative, self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently or in a team setting.
