The Food Hall Company’s first property, Legacy Hall, opened in late 2017 in Plano, Texas, its second property, Assembly Hall, opened in May 2021 in Nashville, Tennessee, and we are actively working towards opening our third in NYC.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Social Media
- Lead the strategy, calendarization and execution of social media handles for Legacy Hall & the Lexus Box Garden, specifically: IG, FB, TikTok & limited Twitter
- Work directly with content creators to deliver planned social content and personally create In Real Time content via Lives, Stories, etc on platforms that make sense
- Stay up to date on social trends & algorithm updates
- Engagement, followers, & conversion for ticketing are all important metrics
- Listen to all account chatter, respond when appropriate and ensure
- Event Listings
- Work to ensure all Tier 1 events and ticketed events are on all relevant Dallas media event calendars
- Influencer Marketing
- Be up to date on all Dallas nightlife, food & music influencers & create relationships that matter & that are based on true partnerships
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the entire Legacy operations team to deliver a phenomenal experience for our guests and to drive traffic
- Provide marketing insights to guide product development and enhance customer experiences.
- Tier 1 Events & Ticketed Events
- With the marketing manager & GM, assist with
- Tier 1 events & ticketed events marketing plans & executions
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Provide the organization analytics around all social channels monthly
- Utilize data from all executions to optimize approach
General Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
- Proven experience & aptitude in field/hospitality marketing (1-3 years), preferably for a consumer facing/entertainment experience
- Strong collaboration skills & a can-do attitude
- Proficiency in social media
- Interest in being “of the city”
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for creating outstanding customer experiences through marketing initiatives.
