YOUR ROLE

Join us as a Marketing Manager at DEBNER, where you’ll play a key role in supporting our innovative commercial furniture solutions and shaping how we communicate with clients and employees alike. This is your opportunity to make a direct impact on our brand and client engagement through presentations, social media management, and event support.
As a Marketing Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with our leadership and sales teams to craft persuasive RFPs and design visually engaging presentations for client tours and business development pursuits. You’ll manage our social media presence across Instagram and LinkedIn, bringing fresh ideas to promote our projects, values, and demonstrate thought leadership. Additionally, you’ll support events by developing invitations, signage, and marketing collateral that captivate and inform. Your role also extends to internal communications, helping develop handbooks, onboarding materials, and strategies for our website.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and manage RFPs, client presentations, and visual storytelling for business development
• Manage DEBNER’s social media presence, primarily on Instagram and LinkedIn, to engage and grow our audience
• Bring creative ideas to build the DEBNER brand in the market
• Design event collateral including invitations, signage, and marketing materials
• Collaborate with leadership to translate abstract ideas into presentation visuals and infographics
• Lead DEBNER’s charitable initiatives and coordinate partnerships and events with nonprofit organizations
• Head DEBNER’s public relations initiatives, ensuring strong brand visibility and reputation
• Support internal communications by creating handbooks, onboarding materials, and managing website strategy
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
• Work strategically and independently, managing your time and multiple projects with attention to detail
Required Skills and Experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office
• Experience managing social media accounts for businesses (Instagram and LinkedIn preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management
• A creative mindset with the ability to translate abstract concepts into visually compelling presentations and collateral
• Flexibility to handle miscellaneous tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the commercial furniture or design-related industry
• Familiarity with website content management and strategy
• Event planning or support experience is a plus
