Job Description: 


We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive the growth of the Kiss My Face brand. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the natural skincare, sun care, or beauty industry, extensive experience in marketing leadership, and a passion for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies. This role will be crucial in shaping the company's Image, driving customer engagement, and achieving business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, content creation, product marketing, public relations, and market research.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that align with business goals and resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI on marketing initiatives.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
  • Drive the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed to optimize performance.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, in the natural skincare, sun care, or beauty industry Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, and other modern marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
