Key Responsibilities:

As the CRM Marketing Director at Medi-Weightloss, your role will be pivotal in ensuring that each stage of the patient journey is optimized for success. You will:

  • CRM/CLM Marketing Strategy and Implementation: Enhance and define patient journey stages, creating initiatives for each. Own the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of CRM/lifecycle marketing across the entire customer journey. Oversee the execution of marketing automations from simple to complex.
  • CRM/CLM Marketing Technology Ownership: Manage day-to-day CRM Marketing operations, ensuring that campaigns are deployed as planned. Evaluate technology needs, recommend, and lead the integration or roll-out of new solutions. Troubleshoot issues and optimize processes for maximum results.
  • CRM/CLM Creative Project Management and Contribution: Contribute to copywriting and messaging content, proofread and approve CRM Marketing touchpoints, and manage creative projects related to CRM initiatives.
  • Customer Insights (VOC) Lead: Gather and leverage customer insights to inform marketing strategies and improve the overall customer journey.
  • Marketing Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert on CRM Marketing capabilities, providing training and support to cross-functional teams. Collaborate closely with marketing, IT, medical affairs, and operations to ensure alignment with overall business goals. Contribute to meetings, reports, and presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM management, and/or marketing automation, with hands-on campaign execution.
  • 2+ years of management experience, including leading teams of writers and email specialists.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience in creative project management and overseeing creative concepts.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, SMS, and push notification marketing.
  • Optional: Experience with HTML for email design.
