Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Local Business Marketing Manager to lead our local marketing efforts and drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies tailored to our local audience, with a focus on community engagement, local partnerships, and digital marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Local Marketing Strategies: Design and implement local marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive foot traffic, sales, and customer engagement within the community. Community Engagement: Foster relationships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to promote partnerships and sponsorships that enhance our brand’s presence in the community. Digital Marketing: Manage local SEO, Google My Business, and social media channels to enhance online visibility, optimize local listings, and engage with the local audience through targeted ads, promotions, and content. Event Planning and Execution: Plan and coordinate local events, promotions, and in-store activations that resonate with the community, creating memorable experiences for customers. Customer Insights and Analytics: Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies and ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives. Advertising and Media Buying: Develop and manage local advertising campaigns across various channels, including print, radio, digital, and outdoor advertising. Budget Management: Manage and allocate the local marketing budget efficiently to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) and meet business goals. Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and provide necessary marketing materials and support to drive customer acquisition and retention. Brand Consistency: Ensure all local marketing efforts adhere to the brand’s guidelines, values, and messaging to maintain a cohesive brand image across all channels. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a retail, hospitality, or local business environment. Strong understanding of local marketing tactics, including community outreach, digital marketing, and event management. Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, Google My Business, and social media platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines. Creative thinker with a passion for engaging with local communities and driving business growth. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies as needed. Preferred Skills: Experience working with small businesses or local markets. Familiarity with CRM software and email marketing tools. Graphic design or basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
