Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead and elevate the marketing efforts for Sixty Vines. This role will oversee all aspects of brand management, digital and traditional marketing, customer engagement, and overall growth strategy for our actively growing concept. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a deep understanding of consumer trends in the food and beverage industry, and a proven track record of driving brand success through innovative marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with our brand vision and business objectives across multiple restaurant concepts. - Brand Management: Oversee and ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms and locations. - Digital Marketing and Social Media: Lead digital marketing efforts, including website management, email marketing, social media strategy, and paid advertising to increase customer engagement and drive foot traffic. - Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, monitor competitor activities, and stay updated with industry best practices. Use insights to refine and improve marketing strategies. - Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with operations, culinary, and finance teams to align marketing activities with business objectives and revenue goals. - Public Relations and Community Engagement: Develop relationships with media and influencers, coordinate PR initiatives, and foster community partnerships to enhance brand presence and reputation. - Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team. Establish clear goals, provide feedback, and inspire creativity and excellence. - Budget Management: Oversee marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation, cost management, and return on investment. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within the restaurant, hospitality, or consumer retail sector. - Proven experience with digital marketing, social media strategy, and brand management. - Strong analytical skills with experience in market research, data analysis, and customer insights. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team. - Passion for food and the restaurant industry, with a keen sense of current food and dining trends.
