Key Responsibilities:

- Paid Advertising: Plan and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, or social media advertising to drive traffic and conversions.
- Email Marketing: Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletter creation, list management, and performance tracking.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports and insights to improve strategies.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify areas for improvement on the website and in digital campaigns to increase conversion rates, such as optimizing landing pages and calls to action.

- Social Media Advertising: Run and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to reach a targeted audience.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, such as the graphic design, website manager, project manager and other marketing team members to maintain cohesive marketing efforts.
- Testing and Experimentation: Continuously test and experiment with different digital marketing techniques and channels to identify what works best for the organization.
- Customer Segmentation: Segment the target audience into various groups based on demographics, behavior, and preferences to deliver more personalized content and messages.
Qualifications:
