About Wildfleur: Wildfleur is an exciting new skincare brand launching in early 2025, with a presence in both direct-to-consumer (D2C) and one of the top national beauty retail chains. As a startup within a startup, Wildfleur has already gained significant traction, securing coveted shelf space even before our official launch. This is a rare opportunity to lead marketing efforts for a brand with huge growth potential starting at launch.
About the Role: We’re looking for a smart, creative, and driven Director of Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives across all channels. In this key leadership role, you will report directly to the CEO of Cove Brands and work closely with the founder of Wildfleur to build and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across all channels, including owned social media, influencer marketing, PR, and paid media.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product development, creative, and retail teams, to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall brand objectives.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers to execute campaigns on time and on budget.
- Creative Development: Lead the ideation and development of creative marketing concepts, writing briefs, and building out marketing calendars.
- Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics to optimize campaigns and drive brand performance.
- P&L Responsibility: Oversee the budget and P&L for all marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maximizing impact.
Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 in the beauty or skincare industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Experience with digital, social, influencer, and PR strategies.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for beauty and skincare.

Job Details:
- Annual compensation between $115k - $160k (DOE)
