Manage digital marketing platforms for the Ebby Halliday Companies’ real estate brands – Ebby Halliday Realtors, Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate, and Williams Trew.
Job Responsibilities:
Utilize reporting tools to drive strategic marketing decisions
Launch, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across programmatic, SEM, and paid social channels; evaluate performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
Manage website updates, ensuring content is optimized for SEO and aligned with marketing goals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and effective digital strategies that align with brand standard
Use technology and data-driven insights to solve complex marketing challenges, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making
Utilize Google Analytics to create detailed reports, analyze data trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance campaign performance
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge and Skills: Minimum of 3 years as a digital marketing associate or relevant experience (preferably in a marketing agency or real estate setting)
Proficient in Google Analytics: Strong skills in data analysis, report creation, and translating data insights into actionable marketing recommendations
Digital advertising expertise: Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising, SEM, and paid social media; ability to launch, assess, and optimize campaigns effectively
CMS knowledge: Strong proficiency in managing CMS platforms
Strategic problem solver: A tech-savvy individual with a passion for using digital tools to drive marketing strategy and improve efficiency
Analytical and creative: Exceptional analytical skills paired with a creative approach to problem-solving
Effective communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong organization, time management skills, and an eye for design
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
Other (licenses, certifications, schedule flexibility/OT, travel, etc.):
Google AdWords Professional certification is preferred.
