Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketer to join our marketing team. As a Social Media Marketer for a nationwide plumbing services company, you’ll be responsible for crafting and executing social media strategies that build brand awareness, engage our audience, and generate leads across multiple channels. This is a unique opportunity to bring creativity to a traditional industry, positioning our brand as the go-to source for plumbing solutions and home service expertise, together with recruiting efforts for new team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy Development
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance our brand’s visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to align social media objectives with company goals and seasonal campaigns.
- Content Creation & Posting
- Create and curate compelling, informative, and visually engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Design graphics, write captions, and schedule posts to ensure a consistent, high-quality online presence.
- Customer Interaction
- Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on digital online channels to engage with followers, address inquiries and book jobs.

- Campaign Management & Promotion
- Plan and execute social media ad campaigns that promote specific services, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads based on analytics to achieve the best ROI.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, conversions, and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports to measure the impact of social media efforts and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (2+ years) in social media marketing, preferably for a service-oriented business
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and basic graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics)
- Ability to think creatively and bring new ideas to life in a consistent, brand-aligned way
