Clutch is looking for a Media Planning Supervisor on behalf of our client.
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Media Planning Supervisor to join our client’s dynamic team in New Orleans. This role is pivotal in managing day-to-day campaign activity, ensuring seamless execution across various channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful media strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Media Planning:
o Develop and execute comprehensive media plans, optimizing channel selection, budget allocation, and audience targeting.
o Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to align on strategic goals and ensure seamless execution.
o Conduct in-depth data analysis to inform media decisions and measure campaign performance.
o Oversee the day-to-day management of campaign activities, including trafficking, monitoring, and optimization.
o Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovative media solutions.
• Media Activation:
o Manage the implementation of paid campaigns across various channels, including social media, programmatic, and digital.
o Ensure timely asset delivery and tracking, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
o Leverage hands-on experience with social platforms like Meta and LinkedIn to optimize campaign performance.
o Monitor campaign performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
• Team Leadership:
o Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
o Provide guidance and support to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
o Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
• AI and Emerging Technologies:
o Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, exploring opportunities to leverage these technologies for media planning and activation.
o Experiment with AI tools and models to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative AI-driven solutions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in media planning, with a strong focus on digital and social media.
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with platform activation, particularly on Meta and LinkedIn.
• Proven track record of managing and mentoring teams.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
