Social Media Manager Job at Swift Staffing Group in Wayne

Looking for someone to manage ad spend, coordinate influencer outreach, and oversee graphics and UGC for ads. The role includes handling social media accounts and posting (without creating content). This position will eventually grow into an executive role as the team expands. If organized, driven, and ready to scale, it's the right fit.

Responsibilities:

• Manage ad spend and social media advertising campaigns.
• Coordinate influencer outreach and partnerships to boost brand visibility.
• Oversee the creation of UGC and graphics for social media ads.
• Handle day-to-day social media account management and posting.
• Help scale the brand's presence and strategy as the team expands.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing social media ads, including TikTok, Instagram, and Meta (Facebook).
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in influencer outreach and social media management.

Location: Wayne, NJ

Salary: $75k-$150k
