This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Coordinator at FourWebGroup in Wayne, NJ. The Social Media Manager will play a key role in creating and managing engaging content, assisting with pre-production strategies, and capturing organic content to complement high-quality productions. This position requires proficiency in social media trends, tools like CapCut and Canva, and a deep understanding of Instagram, while balancing creativity, efficiency, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Production Assistance: Collaborate on content ideas and strategies to drive engagement and meet project goals.
• On-Site Shoots: Assist videographers during shoots by ensuring all necessary content is captured.
• Organic Content Creation: Capture and edit organic content independently to complement high-quality productions.
• Editing: Edit organic content for posting using the appropriate tools.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, including music and viral content, to keep our brand relevant and engaging.
• Platform Proficiency: Demonstrate expert-level understanding and use of Instagram to maximize reach and engagement.
• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with a creative team, including videographers and video editors, ensuring smooth workflows and high-quality outcomes.
• Organizational Skills: Maintain detailed project records and ensure content is delivered efficiently without compromising quality.
• Execution Mindset: Balance creativity and efficiency by focusing on quality while avoiding overthinking tasks.

The ideal candidate should have proficiency in the following programs:

• CapCut
• Canva
• Google Drive and other cloud-based platforms.
