LHH is hiring: Digital Media Director in Milwaukee

LHH is recruiting ASAP for a full-time, hybrid Digital Media Director for one of our agency clients in the Milwaukee area. This is your change to join a small agency that packs a powerful punch when it comes to client work and talent!

Location: Hybrid in Milwaukee, WI

Compensation: Up to $125K based on experience

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications, or similar.
• 5+ years of advertising or marketing agency experience is required
• Agency or corporate experience in digital media implementation and management including digital marketing planning, campaign creation, website development, content tactics and other elements of 360-degree digital performance marketing
• Proficiency in digital advertising channels such as Google Ads, SEM, Display, Social Media, Metasearch, SEO, Email, Web Content, Website Feature Development and other digital channels.
• Strong understanding of digital media best practices
• Strong analytical acumen and ability to educate clients on digital media strategy and tactics
• Client management and relationship building skills
• Management, growth, and coaching for contractors working on agency digital media business
• Experience working cross functionally with other agency teams including client services and creative
• Experience developing and managing budgets and client deliverables.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to educate clients on digital marketing, digital media strategy, planning, oversight, data, performance, and reporting.
