About the Role:
The Social Media Coordinator position is ideal for someone self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in the fast-paced world of social media. You’ll work directly with our social media team and upper management, helping define, track, and meet social media goals while contributing to important tactical decisions.
This role revolves around content creation and collaboration. You’ll handle daily tasks such as creating calendars, developing social media strategies, engaging with communities, reporting analytics, and producing creative campaigns and content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, source, and manage content across several client social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Expect to create up to 36 posts per week across multiple clients
- Lead community management, scheduling, and engagement with a strong focus on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Stay in tune with industry trends to find new content and engagement opportunities
- Attend and photograph 1-3 client events per week
- Research and discover influencer/partnership opportunities for clients
- Work with outside vendors and freelancers on various projects
- Compile and present reports during client-facing meetings, reviewing the previous month’s results and campaign components
Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of related professional experience in the luxury industry, with a strong preference for social media strategy, digital marketing, and community engagement in luxury real estate or luxury lifestyle brands
- Strong online writing and visual skills with the ability to capture the elegance and prestige of luxury brands
- A master of organization and multitasking with a keen eye for details
- A deep understanding of the nuances across different social platforms and how to drive engagement and growth
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Familiarity with social media content creation and management tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut
- A diligent work ethic, a strong eye for art/design, and a desire to learn and excel
