Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to, helping grow and refine an effective social media strategy; cultivating MJHS brand ambassadors and influencers; managing the editorial calendar; researching trends; tracking, capturing, and analyzing efforts; monitoring online reviews; and responding to queries in a timely and polite manner. Candidate will follow a hybrid model, working in-office 2 to 3 days most weeks and remotely or in the field the rest. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing or related field2-3 years of professional experience in social media, PR or marketingExperience supporting the elevation of brands and influencers on social mediaEffective written and verbal communication skillsProven photography, videography and video editing abilitiesProofreading skillsFamiliarity with tracking, analyzing and reporting communications metricsGood judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality?Inquisitive and ability to positively connect with othersPossess event promotion skills and flexibility to occasionally support evening and weekend eventsAbility to take initiative, multitask, problem-solve and work with a highly collaborative teamCommitment to diversity, equity and inclusionFamiliarity with Canva, Clipchamp, iMovie, CapCut and similar content vehiclesFluency (written/verbal) in Spanish, Chinese or Russian is a plus
