Job Description

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Team to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
- Produce engaging content for our various channels, using a camera or phone to create videos, photos and more, and be able to edit to match today’s trends
- Plan and manage content flow, publishing across platforms with a content calendar using our management software.
- Collaborate with creative, product development, and sales teams to inform potential posts and campaigns to match our product release schedule, sales initiatives, and other activities.
- Assist in our influencer marketing strategy, seek out strategic partners and work alongside the team in communication and execution
- Actively engage with customers and fans across all platforms, build community through comments and replies and participate in the customer service process, and seek out opportunities for proactive engagement with pertinent industry conversations
- Maintain the Crosley Radio brand voice and aesthetic while cultivating the emerging brand identity of Crosley Furniture.
- Work alongside our public relations partners to ensure that media mentions of Crosley are properly represented in social media activities.
- Analyze social media performance using reporting structure and KPI’s that provide useful information weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually to inform opportunities on social media, and business impact.
- Assist in the daily maintenance of our websites, preparing for promotions, managing catalog, and ensuring everything is working smoothly

- 1-3 years of experience in managing social media for a corporate brand (internships and strong personal branding are also considered)
- Skilled in creating and editing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and tailoring content for each
- Ability to create engaging social posts with eye-catching visuals, videos, and lively copy
- In-depth knowledge of social media strategy, metrics, and community building
- Passion for new social media trends and creative ideas
- Experience with Sprout Social or similar tools
- Interest in connecting with Crosley customers and supporting customer service
- Available to work in-office 4-5 days a week, with occasional evenings or weekends
- Able to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Quick problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
