Job Description

The Department

The Analyst, Paid Media - Invesco QQQ ETF plays a crucial role in helping amplify and connect Invesco QQQ and its best stories to our target audiences in ways and places that break through the daily bombardment of clutter in the asset management category. The objective of this role is to translate business needs and marketing objectives to Invesco QQQ's Media Agency, to activate creative in paid media, driving increased revenue and awareness of Invesco QQQ.

The Team

The Paid Media Analyst will support the Manager of Paid Media in managing how Invesco QQQ is expressed across paid media touchpoints including digital, content partnerships, audio, TV, print, and outdoor. They will create measurable, innovative, audience-first media programs that will put the client at the center of everything we do, demonstrating the differentiated value in delivering a superior investment experience.

You will be responsible for:

  • Help drive activation of the Invesco QQQ brand across paid media campaigns, from strategy to execution.
  • Manage the day to day paid media assets and ensure timely and excellent delivery on scope and expectations.
  • Work with media agency and publishing partners to develop breakthrough media experiences, challenging and pushing our partners to deliver engagement, not just impressions.
  • Collaborate with internal creative team and agency partners to develop and refine advertising campaigns
  • Manage and track the Invesco QQQ paid media budget to help increase awareness and drive sales for Invesco QQQ ETF, partnering effectively with other Marketing disciplines, Distribution, Legal and Compliance.
  • Work hand-in-glove with our paid search, social and content teams as we engage external partners, and champion the success of our collaborations internally.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitive landscape to develop and refine story programs rooted in client insights and analytics.
  • Support in the develop insight-driven, Invesco QQQ media briefs that inspire our agency and media partners to produce breakthrough paod media programs delivered in impactful, measurable ways.
  • Support in the develop campaign KPIs, monitor measurement and performance and optimize media buys based on program performance. Focus on key insights (eg social listening, client feedback, competitive audits) to continuously seek ways to enhance client engagement metrics
  • Must thrive in a dynamic environment, and possess an enthusiastic willingness to roll up their sleeves to positively influence the client experience and continue to drive engagement with Invesco QQQ ETF.
The experience you bring:
  • Enthusiastic marketer with 2-4 years of relevant experience on paid media that have driven business results, using data and insights to improve client engagement metrics
  • Excellent end-to-end project management capabilities from insight to execution
  • Experience defining and managing budgets, including tracking and reporting
  • Previous media agency experience a plus, but not required
  • Possess an intellectual curiosity that drives strategic thinking and out of the box ideas
  • Superior communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to work in nimble, test and learn, iterative environment
  • Highly collaborative team player who is open minded, flexible and willing to incorporate other people's opinions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive problem-solving skills that lead to innovative thinking and resolutions
  • Ability to make decisions based on analysis and data
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
Formal Education: (minimum requirement to perform job duties)
  • Bachelor's Degree required
The total compensation offered for this position, which includes salary and incentive pay, will vary based on skills, experience and location. The salary range for this position in New York City is $75,000 to $90,000 annually.
