Job Description
Top-producing Real Estate Team in Sherman Oaks is on the hunt for a passionate and creative YouTube/Social Media manager! In this role, you'll be the driving force behind the capturing, and crafting of captivating video content that showcases our charismatic agents, properties, and vibrant local community.
If you have a deep understanding of YouTube and Social Media and know how to create content that drives interest, then this is a position for you!
Compensation:$25 - $30 hourly
Responsibilities:- Produce, shoot, and direct long-form video content for weekly YouTube posting
- Create brand engagement through our social media channels
- Maintain/achieve consistent growth across multiple social media platforms
- Understand and direct ad targeting for optimal reach
- R & D other agents YouTube/Social media accounts for inspo
- Work closely with a VA support team to ensure on-time delivery
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for video content
- Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging video tech
- Maintain website and tracking analytics assuring that content is consistently updated
- Produce new advertising and marketing campaigns that are relevant and optimized
- Monitoring all new prospects and then incorporating them into marketing campaigns to contribute to company growth
- Develop agency team events and then promote them on social media channels
- Oversee all new community launches and develop campaigns and signage to entice potential buyers
- Must have a YouTube channel and know how to grow one
- Must work with and know Tube Buddy inside and out
- Must work with and know how to leverage Chat GPT for processing
- Must have proven experience in the creation of content for IG, Facebook, IN, and YouTube
- Must understand videography and be a pro with video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices
- Must have a creative mindset with the ability to contribute fresh ideas
- Ability to work in a fast-paced demanding environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and yielding results efficiently
- Minimum 2 years of marketing/brand management experience in an agency or Real Estate sales environment
- Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude
- Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions
