Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and communication to achieve project goals, and acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, the Project Manager will identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes. Monitoring project progress, analyzing performance metrics, and reporting on status to stakeholders while making necessary adjustments to stay on track are also key responsibilities. Finally, this role will ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational objectives, demonstrating strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities: Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring that key milestones are identified and met Collaborate with internal teams to maintain project schedules and progress. Ensure deliverables are reviewed at appropriate intervals in line with project timelines Assist in prioritization of projects, collaborating with Client Lead and other team members as needed Oversee the workflow of internal project teams, ensuring that tasks are assigned and completed efficiently Monitor day-to-day project activities, identifying potential instances of underutilization and actively work with the practice leaders to address and solve those issues Develop and deliver regular status reports, summarizing project progress, timelines, and milestones Facilitate effective communication by coordinating internal and client meetings and calls, ensuring alignment on project progress and client expectations Request invoices, ensuring timely delivery to clients based on their payment terms and Harmelin payment requirements by channel Foster strong client and partner agency relationships through clear and effective communication with respect to timelines and assets required for deliverables Act as a reliable and responsive point of contact for client and partner agency inquiries and project updates, building trust and ensuring client satisfaction Ensure efficient financial management to optimize project budgets and profitability Other duties may be assigned as necessary to meet team and/or company needs Keys to Success: A strong background in media planning and buying with deep commitment to exceeding client expectations. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in agency-specific project management Self-starter, highly motivated, positive demeanor and ability to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously Ability to manage multiple client contacts and stakeholders Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Analytical with excellent numerical aptitude to manage budgets, invoicing and cash flow Strong problem-solving capabilities, with an orientation to details. Ability to resolve problems at both the strategic and execution levels. Keen attention to detail while simultaneously assimilating large quantities of information often under tight deadlines Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative environment with effective project management skills Willingness to “pitch in” with various ad hoc projects to support the larger planning team Ability and desire to continually evolve skills to meet the ever-changing needs of today’s clients Effective prioritization skills and excellent organizational skills Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
