Assistant Operations Analyst

A little bit about us: We're a versatile printing company that thrives on making cool stuff! From puff printing to glow-in-the-dark, and discharge printing, we love trying new techniques. Our facility has all the bells and whistles: A/C, surround sound, and the best part—our shop dogs, Cha Cha and Pelusa!

We're located at 6788 NE 4th Ave, in the heart of the Little River business district.

Our ideal candidate is self-driven, has a great attitude, and is ambitious, efficient, and reliable. If you enjoy process improvement, data management, and organizing information, this role is perfect for you!

What you’ll be doing as our Assistant Operations Analyst:

Soft Skills:

• Pattern Recognition: You'll be spotting trends and identifying ways to improve our workflows.
• Task Management: Your good memory and excellent note-taking skills will help you keep track of events and tasks from 1-2 weeks prior.
• Process Improvement: We’re always looking to do things better, and we want your help in streamlining our operations.

Hard Skills (Excel):

• Basic Excel Formulas: Summing, multiplication, division, etc.
• Conditional Formatting: Applying rules to highlight key data points.
• Creating Filters: Organizing data efficiently for easier analysis.
• Inserting Dropdown Menus: Making data entry simple and error-free.
• SUMIF/COUNTIF: Summarizing and counting data based on specific criteria.

Responsibilities:

• Track and analyze production data to identify trends and issues.
• Assist with process improvements to make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Work closely with our team to ensure deadlines are met and production stays on track.
• Use Excel to generate reports, organize information, and maintain accurate data.
• Help manage the day-to-day operations and look for ways to make things more efficient.
