Executive Assistant & Social Media Manager Location: Berkeley, CA Position Type: Executive Assistant & Social Media Manager - Part-Time (15-20 hrs/week, In-Office) Interviews: Week of September 2, 2024 Start Date: Week of September 9, 2024, or Week of September 16, 2024 Salary: Commensurate with Experience Range: $1500-$2200/mo About Plan Experiential Plan Experiential is a leading event production and experiential events company based in Berkeley. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support PLAN’s President and to manage social media goals. Responsibilities Executive Assistant (60%) The Chosen Candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the President’s daily activities. Responsibilities will include: Calendar and Meeting Management: Efficiently schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the President. Communication Liaison: Manage all communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring clear and effective exchanges. Project Coordination: Assist in managing concurrent projects, ensuring all deadlines are met and tasks are meticulously tracked. Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents, with an emphasis on detail and clear communication. Office Management: Handle general office tasks such as ordering supplies, managing files, and coordinating with vendors. Event Support: Assist with event planning and production tasks, including coordination, logistics, and on-site support. Travel Arrangements: Organize and book travel, accommodations, and detailed itineraries for both business and personal needs. Personal Assistance: Provide personal support to the President, including managing personal tasks and errands. Social Media Management (40%) In addition to executive assistant responsibilities, management of LinkedIn presence for C-Level and company sites, as well as various other platforms. Responsibilities will include: Content Creation: Produce insightful, engaging posts using templates and toolkits for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Content Management: Schedule and post content consistently across all platforms, ensuring alignment with PLAN’s brand and goals. Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and initiatives. Analytics: Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights and suggestions for continuous improvement. Minimum Requirements The ideal candidate would have experience in or interest in long-term growth in either event production or video production, or social media management or PR career tracks; a self-starter with excellent writing and communication skills.
