About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Retail Media Networks to drive in-store ad revenue and foster relationships with brand partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the transition from pre-sales to post-sale, operationalizing the processes of the retail media network relationship, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to maximize ad revenue. This role requires a deep understanding of the retail media ecosystem, creativity, and perseverance in business development. The VP will also be tasked with building and expanding key relationships within the retail media network, developing sales and marketing training, and leading regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement. Applicants for the VP of Retail Media Networks position at the company should have 7-10 years of retail media experience, with a proven track record of innovation and achievement. A strategic mindset is preferred to help guide the company's go-to-market strategy and product development.
