About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Product Management for its Publishing Platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the product roadmap and managing the full content lifecycle, from creation to global distribution. This role requires a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in building consumer and internal-facing products, with a strong focus on editorial content management systems, front-end design systems, SEO, and content distribution. The VP will oversee the development of new storytelling capabilities, work with cross-functional teams to devise holistic business solutions and ensure the platform meets the needs of editors, design, and engineering teams. Experience with end-to-end testing frameworks and deployment pipeline efficiency is essential, and the role involves managing global teams and fostering a culture of experimentation and growth. Candidates for the VP of Product Management role should have a proven track record in the media industry, with experience in product strategy and management. Essential skills include the ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and build strong relationships within an international business. The role requires a self-driven individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively, and a commitment to driving objectives to completion. Desirable skills include experience in content production industries, user-generated content features, live events, and the application of AI to enhance user experiences. The Company is an equal-opportunity employer and encourages all qualified candidates to apply.
