Job Description:
Be an active team member of the Production Department - efficiently, expertly, and innovatively work with all other departments and help to maintain high-level internal and external business relationships. Members of the Production team expertly execute marketing services for clients, report on the success achieved, and maintain exceptional client relationships. They are also responsible for executing some aspects of our strategy process to create a strong ROI for Arcane Marketing clients. Execution of technical work, building strong relationships, and clearly communicating the results and progress to the clients are the key responsibilities of this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the initial analysis, research, and onboarding of new clients as appropriate.
- Assist in designing the digital marketing strategy for clients.
- Communicate - With Account Managers, and other team members.
- Clarify, collaborate, and reset expectations as needed
- Over-communicate on tasks, questions, comments, and reporting
- Manage and complete client and internal tasks on time.
- If expectations are not clearly defined on a task - ask clarifying questions, to ensure the work is done correctly
- If you are unsure how to do a task - work with the Digital Marketing Manager to learn
- Execute and implement the digital marketing strategy and 90-day game plan.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager on your task assignments and marketing strategy.
- Stay up to date with training and certifications.
- Above all — Promote and actively embrace a collaborative environment, take ownership of and, show a contribution to, a positive company culture. Set goals and work hard to achieve them. Show up on time, be consistent, give regular communication, and give your best effort. Document work, be thorough while erring on the side of taking too many notes. Reach out - find your stride, but be ready to take on whatever is needed. We're looking for innovation and potentially new and better ways to operate in this role.
Minimum Qualifications/Education/Experience:
- Some experience in the Digital Marketing World - SEO, PPC, Social Media, Website Development is preferred and very helpful. However, we are willing to teach/train.
- Building Successful Digital Marketing Strategies & Sales Funnels is very helpful.
- Proper written English grammar and oral communication is a must!
- Experience with WordPress is also helpful.
- To be certified in Google Products (among other programs). Certification is not required to start, but will be required to continue employment.
Preferred (but not required) Qualifications/Education/Experience:
- 12+ months of experience selling, consulting or managing digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Website Development, etc.)
- 12+ months experience in project management.
- 12+ months experience in customer service or sales.

- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal. Particularly, the ability to communicate effectively with different personality styles
- The ability to stay organized and work with multiple (30+ clients simultaneously) without letting important details slip through the cracks
- Familiarity and confidence with computer programs, apps, software, and technology in general
- Ability to understand, connect with, and read people
- Ability to accept feedback productively
- Teamwork mindset and experience collaborating productively with others
- Willingness to always learn
