This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO & PPC) located in Marietta, GA.


Qualifications


  • Desired Education: Bachelor’s Degree in the following fields Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Information Systems, Business, Statistics, or other related field
  • 3-4 Years in a related role
  • Hands on experience implementing off-page SEO, generating backlinks, and managing outreach campaigns.
  • Experience with on-page SEO/Technical SEO/Local SEO
  • Experience with Google Ads & Ad Management
  • Knowledge and experience with social media ad management
  • Knowledge and competency with Google Analytics
  • Ability to communicate effective with team members and clients
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective at time management in a fast-paced environment


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Junction team and clients ensuring that all work is being completed as outlined in the client agreement
  • Manage all aspects of SEO and PPC campaigns for clients across industry
  • Execute Off-Page SEO campaigns to generate backlinks
  • Execute On Page SEO optimization for client website projects
  • Perform keyword research for both SEO and PPC campaigns
  • Analyze competitors’ websites, current online marketing initiatives, and overall goals
  • Create and manage effective paid search ad campaigns
  • Manage significant paid search budgets on top tier search engines (Google & Bing)
  • Prepare monthly campaign reports (PPC and SEO)
  • Optimize web content for keywords related to customer products and services
  • Analyze and Correct technical issues on the backend of websites
  • Perform A/B, website usability, and website conversion rate testing with a focus on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
  • Report to the Director, Digital Marketing
