Position Summary:

We are looking for a full-time Technical Writer to join our Site Services team in Alliance, Ohio.

You will assist in creating and maintaining a variety of technical documents, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and write comprehensive functional descriptions
• Create and update operations standards (SOPs)
• Author and maintain product manuals
• Prepare detailed proposal information
• Draft and revise technical procedures and documents

Education/Experience:

• Associate degree or higher, preferably in Technical Writing, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in technical writing or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand and convey complex technical information clearly
• Proficiency with documentation tools and software

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices
• Experience in a technical or engineering environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
