Job Duties:

• Independently leads requirements gathering activities.
• Consults with business partners to understand current and future business needs.
• Designs, tests, and implements conversational Virtual Assistant designs using Voiceflow / visio / figma and AWS Lex, user experience principles, conversational design.
• Identifies and troubleshoots application issues.

Required Experience:

• Knowledge of Virtual Assistant platforms, applications and standards
• Knowledge of conversational designing and implementing on AWS Lex
• Experience with Natural Language understanding and how it impacts conversational flows.
• Knowledge of design concepts, standards and guidelines to align with user needs and expectations.
• Experience using design tools (VoiceFlow, Figma, or visio).
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM development methodology
• Ability to iterate and improve conversational flows based on user feedback and best practices.
