Collins, CO or Remote Clearance Required: USC or GC, Public Trust We are currently seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our design team and help our federal customer to enhance customer engagement across the world. We are building a federal design team to enrich digital experience and deliver better services to US Citizens. If you are a compelling storyteller and UX professional who would like to make difference in the way government services are delivered, we would like to provide you that opportunity. Responsibilities: Collaborate with user experience team to develop a unified themes and artifacts for multiple websites and projects using USWDS as a foundation. Collaborate with design team to refactor and migrate content onto the new user experience and test for its effectiveness Develop wireframes and mockups for web pages and new features using UI and UX fundamentals. Understand user interface patterns and best practices across both mobile app and responsive web design. Deliver iterative progress using agile methodology Validate code is built as designed during projects, according to brand standards, style guides and pattern libraries. Perform system testing and report bugs. Build out web pages using HTML and CSS framework. Conduct user interviews and review customer satisfaction reports for areas of improvement. Create digital content including graphics/icons, templates, posters, flyers, brochures, PowerPoint presentations, infographics, charts, and visuals. Manage graphic assets library and provide team support in locating visuals. Review all documentation from a visual perspective. Required Skills: At least 4 years of experience with UI, graphics design, or digital product design Experience working with HTML and CSS frameworks as well as media formats. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Experience working in Agile teams using leading UI/UX products Must have knowledge of responsive web design Good communication skills to provide clear, articulate rationale for UI/UX Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
