Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design user-friendly interfaces that enhance our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize and test design concepts.
Interaction Design: Develop interactive designs that provide seamless user experiences, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness across devices.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate designs into the product development process and ensure alignment with business goals.
Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain a cohesive design system and style guide to ensure consistency across all products.
Feedback Incorporation: Analyze user feedback and analytics to iteratively improve designs and enhance user satisfaction.
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform design decisions.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and final outcomes.
Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.
Skills: Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate design concepts and decisions effectively.
Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to engage in constructive feedback.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in an iterative design environment.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
