About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Digital Commerce Operations and User Experience. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading and overseeing all aspects of digital commerce operations and the user experience across online platforms in the Americas. This pivotal role is focused on delivering a seamless, customer-centric digital shopping experience that drives engagement, conversion, and sales. Key responsibilities include leading digital commerce operations for direct-to-consumer and third-party marketplaces, ensuring the integration of product availability, inventory management, and fulfillment operations, and driving continuous improvements in commerce infrastructure. The VP will also be instrumental in scaling e-commerce operations, optimizing the end-to-end customer experience, and leading digital transformation initiatives to keep the company at the forefront of innovation. Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and at least 10 years' experience in digital commerce operations, including a minimum of 5 years' in a leadership position. The role requires a proven track record in large-scale e-commerce operations, digital transformation, and user experience management. Expertise in digital commerce technologies, UX design principles, and agile methodologies is essential, as is a deep knowledge of digital analytics and conversion rate optimization. The VP will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, so strong leadership and team-building skills are a must. The position also demands excellent problem-solving abilities, the capacity to manage multiple projects, and the agility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
