The Company is seeking a Vice President for Marketing Partnership and Licensing. The successful candidate will be tasked with the pivotal role of developing and managing strategic partnerships and licensing agreements to enhance the brand's visibility and drive growth. This includes identifying and establishing collaborations with external organizations, brands, and influencers that align with the business objectives, as well as overseeing the execution of licensing strategies to expand the brand's presence. The role demands a leader who can create high-impact collaborations, manage complex agreements, and ensure that all initiatives are in line with the brand's identity and long-term goals. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in partnerships, licensing, or business development, with a focus on consumer goods, technology, or lifestyle brands. A proven track record in securing and managing successful partnerships and licensing agreements is essential, as is expertise in negotiation and contract management. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, the ability to lead cross-functional teams and a creative approach to identifying and capitalizing on partnership opportunities. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required, with an MBA being preferred. The Vice President will also be responsible for financial and performance management, and brand stewardship, and will act as the primary point of contact for all partnership and licensing matters.
