Video Services – Network Architecture Job at Agile Enterprise Solutions Inc. i

Minimum Requirements:

1. BS Degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Science (CS), or related discipline
2. 12 yrs or more experience working in a similar or related field
3. In-depth understanding of Video network Architecture framework /broadcast/broadband/OTT/IPTV video workflow
4. Functional expertise in the following areas:
1. OTT, IPTV, MobileTV experience.
2. Content Production, Management, Delivery & Distribution
3. Content management systems.
4. Content processing: Encoding, Transcoding
5. Video Compression and Distribution – Headend: Encoders and Decoders, multiplexers
6. VoD technologies – video servers
7. Virtualization, Switching, Routing, Security devices, Load balancers
8. In-home networking for video: DLNA, Samba, home gateways
9. End user devices for multimedia applications (tablets, smartphones, Setop-box ..)
10. QoS/QoE architecture and monitoring solutions
5. Strong knowledge on IP internetworking –
1. IP routing protocols like BGP, ISIS and OSPF
2. Multicast Routing Protocols such as PIM-SM, PIM-SSM, MSDP, PIM-BSR etc.
3. QOS
