Salary Range
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 annually. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program.

Reporting Structure
The Manager, Visual Merchandising reports directly to the Director, Visual Merchandising.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
The Visual Merchandising Manager will establish and maintain the visual ethos of the Vince brand by adapting merchandising strategies to each environment through a strong understanding of the global retail landscape. Own and manage implementation of all visual merchandising guidelines in markets including but not limited to the East Coast region. Collaborate with corporate partners implementing and setting seasonal market showrooms, pop-ups, and special activations with the key focus of driving top line sales. Fostering a culture of strong communication, while demonstrating strong motivating, inspiring and coaching skills.
Elevate the visual store experience through a forward-thinking approach to merchandising. Understanding brand standards, the retail landscape, and local consumers, while implementing visual directives and company initiatives throughout different store environments.
Execute seasonal market showroom set-ups & breakdowns, brand initiatives, pop-ups and special events based on west coast creative direction
Build and sustain strong relationships with store management, field leadership and corporate partners through adaptability and collaboration to successfully execute a shared vision. Affect change that reflects region specific markets and/or business channels.
Maintain responsibility and ownership of succession planning for direct reports' professional growth. Set clear objectives and expectations by coaching and providing feedback. Maintain self-motivated practices ensuring consistent succession planning with remote leadership.
Utilize brand directive to teach standards of product flow and merchandising; develops teams' product knowledge to appeal to the local customer and industry trend.
Stay up-to-date and respond to interoffice communication while ensuring important creative needs & business initiatives reach all levels of the team. Be prompt in email response and set regular touch bases as needed.
Evoke and embody the brand DNA while always enforcing our brand standards & community within the corporate and field environments. Motivate team through empowerment, energy, and creativity.
Visit stores in local markets as well as regional remote store locations, new domestic store openings, pop-ups/special events and Los Angeles design showroom for monthly floor sets.

Qualifications/Experience We're Looking For: 4-6+ years of visual merchandising, retail management, or styling experience
A passion for creativity, innovation, fashion, architecture, and interior design.
Positive/optimistic attitude driven by solutions with a point of view.
Must have extensive knowledge of product placement and visual display, as well as the ability to adapt and communicate
Has situational awareness making sense of complex and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems through leadership and subject matter expertise.
Highly motivated with the ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency
Ability to navigate ambiguity, fast-paced environments, multitask and time manage.
Strong attention to detail, organization with excellent oral and written communication skills
Open and flexible to domestic travel with a willingness to adapt schedules based on business needs, special projects/events.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and utilizing ladders up 13 feet tall
Proficient in Microsoft Office and the knowledge or willingness to learn adobe suite.
Technology: Each team member is suggested to have a smartphone device for reporting & photographing purposes
